It all started with one engagement ring. This project very unintentionally sparked the creation of Diamonds Doing Good, a brand grounded in making a difference while creating elegant fine jewelry.

Our goal ever since has been to create and curate jewelry our clients can wear every day, not keep stowed away in a vault. The result is our signature look: pieces that are classic and feminine with an edge. Delicate yet significant, sophisticated, current, and stylish. Equally as passionate about the process and the end result, we work meticulously with our clients paying attention to every detail. And as firm believers that no gemstone should gather dust in a drawer, our unique vision has transformed client’s unworn heirlooms and gifts into wearable, modern favorites.

Giving back is an integral part of Diamonds Doing Good. Each month, a portion of our proceeds are donated to a hand-picked charity that has personal meaning to us. We aim to pick organizations that resonate with our clients as well, making significant purchases meaningful whether for yourself or when gifting. Giving feels good in every aspect.

Before joining forces, Cara worked as a marketing executive at several New York City agencies and a prominent jewelry wholesaler. Nicole grew up in her family’s jewelry business. Together we share the notion that business and purpose should coexist and that we could make a difference – in the lives of our clients and for the charities we support. While simultaneously raising our own children (Cara’s 2 girls and Nicole’s son) to understand the impact that we can each make. This is at the heart of what we wake up every day to do – and our family, friends and clients inspire us more and more every day.
