FAQs & STORE POLICIES
Production time refers to the time it takes us to produce and process your order, ranging from pieces that are in stock or available for quick turn-around time (within 1-2 weeks) to those that are out of stock, completely custom or to be backordered.
Most custom pieces have an estimated production time of 3-5 weeks; other items that require longer production times or backordered items will require as much as 6-10 weeks.
Please reference the product page for the item you are interested in. Production time is provided on each individual listing.
To confirm lead time or request a rush order please contact us: email@example.com and we will let you know if any rush request can be accommodated. If not, we may suggest alternate quick ship options within budget, or provide a “SKETCH TO NECK” free of charge to be printed, or for purchase in a wrapped gift box to be mailed.
Important: SHIPPING TIME and PRODUCTION TIME ARE COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT OF ONE ANOTHER! Shipping time refers to the method of shipping only once the item has cleared the stated production time and is ready to ship.
Once your piece is completed and ready to ship, we will email you with tracking information according to the method chosen at checkout. USPS packages are shipped without a signature required. Customer chooses this option at his/her risk. Please contact us to upgrade to USPS signature required or FedEx express shipping.
All purchases are final sale, unless expressly stated otherwise (credit only). If you are uncertain of a size, or need guidance please reach out prior to purchase.
If there is a manufacturing defect please contact us immediately within 2 weeks of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging and condition. Upon receipt of return we will inspect the package and reserve the right to refuse replacement, or to assess a restocking fee of up to 10% if we feel the item had been damaged due to customer negligence or if said item requires steam cleaning, polishing, stone tightening or repair.
RESIZING & REPAIR
Diamonds Doing Good pieces do not come with a warranty but we do stand by our products. We offer resizing for select items within 1-2 sizes of original size for a fee. Not all items can be resized, such as eternity bands, etc - those items that cannot be sized or require sizing above 1-2 sizes are final sale and cannot be returned. If an item can be resized we will happily do so at a fee (depending on item) plus S&H. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Repairs are offered as well, at customer’s expense - including return shipping and handling.
SHARE HOW YOU WEAR
We reserve the rights to photograph and post all items designed, produced, sold, reworked, and/or repaired by Diamonds Doing Good on any and all social media outlets. We will never post anyone’s face, body or personal text message unless we receive express permission.
